The Lender Connections page, located under Company Settings, allows you to manage your connections with lenders who use the Dwelling Blocks platform. Through this page, you can view lenders you are currently connected with as well as those with whom you are eligible to connect.

Connecting with a Lender

If you see a lender listed that you are not yet connected with but wish to join their panel:

  1. Click the 3 dots in the top-right corner of that lender’s listing.
  2. Select Request to Join.

Your request will be sent to the lender for approval. Once you are approved and connected with a specific lender, you'll gain additional functionality to manage vendor connections with that lender.

If you wish to stop working with the panel as a company, simply click the "Stop working with panel" option. Before proceeding, please ensure that all users under your company agree with this decision and that there are no pending orders. This will help avoid any disruptions or unresolved issues during the transition.

Managing Vendor Connections

After establishing a connection with a lender, a User List tab becomes available on that lender’s profile. Here, you can:

  • View which of your vendors who have marked their profiles as Available for Assignments are already connected to the lender.
  • Send a Request to Connect for any eligible vendor on your team whom you wish to connect with that lender.

Eligibility for Other Lender Panels

If there are additional lenders on the Dwelling Blocks platform who are eligible to work with your company, they will appear on the Lender Connections page. Follow the same steps to request joining their panels by clicking the 3 dots in the top-right corner and selecting Request to Join.

This setup allows you to easily manage and expand your lender connections, giving your eligible vendors more opportunities to receive assignments from connected lenders.
