The profile Status page, provides a clear checklist and progress tracker for all required profile steps. When all items are completed, your profile will be active and you’ll be ready to receive assignments!
Step-by-Step: How to Complete Your Profile
Here’s how you can use the new Status page to ensure your profile is 100% ready for assignments:
1. Add Address
Adding your address helps ensure you are correctly assigned to the right location or service area. This makes the process smoother and more accurate for everyone involved.
2. Add Phone Number
Phone number allows lender to contact you directly with offers or important updates. Without a phone number, you might miss out on opportunities or urgent notifications.
3. Set Capacity
Define how many orders you can handle at once. This helps manage your workload and ensures you only receive assignments you can complete.
4. Add/Update E&O Insurance
Keeping your insurance information up to date is very important. This ensures you meet requirements and avoid any service interruptions since expired insurance is checked for on every new assignment.
5. Add/Update License
Keeping your appraisal license up to date is very important. This ensures you meet requirements and receive correct assignments without any interruptions. Just like insurance, a valid license is checked each time there is a new assignment in your area.
6. Add Coverage
Ensure that assignments are accurately matched to your preferred locations. You can add counties and remove/add specific zip codes in each county.
7. Request Connection to lender panel
Connect directly to the assignment panel to start receiving orders or request you company Administrator to request connection for you. This is very important as each person is individually approved by each lender. Even though your profile information may have been all filled out, you must then request to be connected and approved by the lender.
8. Select Report Types
Choose the types of appraisal reports you’re qualified and willing to complete.
9. Enable Payouts
Configure your payout settings to ensure you get paid promptly for completed assignments, or contact your company Administrator to complete setup.
Each item on your Status checklist includes a direct link to a detailed support article with step-by-step instructions. Simply click the information icon (ℹ️) next to any checklist item to access comprehensive guidance for completing that specific requirement.
Tip:
If you don’t see a green or red status dot on your sidebar avatar, it means you or your Administrator has disabled your “Available for Assignment” status. Please check with your Administrator or visit your Profile Details page to review your eligibility.
