Stay on Top of Your Assignments and Scorecard

The Dwelling Blocks Vendor Dashboard is designed to help appraisers and inspectors (vendors) manage active assignments efficiently and maintain strong scorecard performance.

Note: This dashboard is available only to users with administrative permissions.

Why This Matters

Dwelling Blocks is fully integrated with our lender partners. Every status update you provide directly informs lenders and their customers of assignment progress. That’s why timely updates are critical — delays or missed steps can negatively impact your scorecard, which affects your ability to receive future assignments.

To support your success, we've released this new dashboard with real-time visibility into your assignments and early warnings for assignments at risk. This helps prevent issues before they affect your performance.

What You’ll See on Your Dashboard

The dashboard displays:
1. Due Today assignments: Assignments that require immediate attention today and action to stay on track.
2. All In-progress assignments: Assignments organized by status, giving you a clear overview of your workload and priorities.

Due Today assignments are especially important. These are tasks that must be completed or updated by the end of the day to avoid negative impacts on your scorecard. By acting on these assignments promptly, you can prevent them from becoming overdue.

Assignment Status and What They Mean

Each badge on the dashboard reflects a specific status in the assignment lifecycle. Click any badge to view a filtered list of assignments in that category.
