We are proud to be the first platform to offer a full API for vendors, allowing you to integrate Dwelling Blocks directly with your own systems.

What Does the Dwelling Blocks API Offer?

With our comprehensive API, every user function available in Dwelling Blocks can be accessed and automated through your own systems. This integration empowers you to streamline processes, reduce manual tasks, and maintain better control over your appraisal management by updating Dwelling Blocks from your existing infrastructure.

Getting Started with API Access
To enable API automation, follow these simple steps:

1. Activate Your Subscription:

   • Go to the "Subscription" section under "Settings" in your Dwelling Blocks account.
     
   • Add a credit card and activate your API subscription. There is a one-time setup fee of $250 and a $10 monthly fee for continued access.

2. Access API Documentation:

   • Once your subscription is active, please contact us at support@dwellingblocks.com to receive the full API documentation.

3. Set Up Webhooks:

   • With the subscription active, you can create webhooks to automate the data flow between your systems and Dwelling Blocks.
