1. If you need to change your email, please contact your administrator and request the email change. Anyone with administrative permissions in your company can update your email in your profile.
2. If you are the only administrator in your account (or you are the only user) Contact us directly from your account by submitting a request through the support widget and we can update your email for you.
3. If You Are an Administrator and Need to Change a User’s Email Navigate to the user’s detail page. Click on the email field to edit it. Save the changes.
Important: After the email has been changed, please log out and then log in again to ensure the changes take effect.
